At Zornotzako Barnetegia we adapt to the daily activity of the company, assuming its permanent training criteria. To do this we offer specialized classes.
To achieve the above, we carry out training activities both in the company and at Zornotzako Barnetegia,adapting the timetable and the duration of the sessions to the needs of the company.
The objectives of these training sessions can be diverse: linguistic skills for the carrying out of a specific activity, literacy or Euskera learning, linguistic recycling, the obtaining of certain accreditation, etc.
1. Training whose purpose is teaching linguistic skills.
For this purpose we have designed specific courses for obligatory teaching centres, as is the case of the El Carmelo School or the Ikastola Lauaxeta in Amorebieta, EL REGATO (Zentroaren izena), etc. In the case of these courses the objective is the obtaining of the 3 – C1 profile. In some of these centres specific courses are also given for the parents of the students with the aim of improving their linguistic skills; in both options the lessons are given on their premises. Besides the work in these teaching centres, we have also designed specific courses for the personnel of EITB and Euskaltel.
2. Training whose objective is teaching linguistic skills for the carrying out of an activity at work.
For this purpose we have designed specific courses for Galdakaoko Ospitalea-Osakidetza. Their objective is teaching linguistic skills for the carrying out of specific work: Euskera for nurses, Euskara for office workers, Euskara for hospitalporters, etc.
3. Other training courses in Euskara.
In this training section, within the IRALE programme of the Department of Education of the Basque Government, Zornotzako Barnetegia provides courses for qualifications and skills in Basque aimed at teaching staff. These courses are given at the schools which request this service. The objectives of these courses are varied but are always given in Euskara: digital board, methodology, bertsolaritza, blogs, etc.
